  4. Anal fissure. Can u plz answer my query?

Doctor can u plz answer my query regarding why I am my anal fissure is not healing I am having a small sentinel pile outside the anus with some pus in it it is very painful while passing stool after passing pain is not that painful.should I apply any ointment there?
