Anal spam or fissure
I have no pain during bowel movements. The pain starts after 5 mins and lasts for several hours. I feel a sharp pricking pain inside my anus almost like a needle stuck inside. Is it a fissure or spasm or internal muscle injury?
I had a vaginal delivery few months ago. The baby weighed 3.3 kg and I had an episiotomy. Could this be the cause? It's making my PPD worse. Please help.
