I have had an anal fissure for the past two days and developed a canker sore yesterday evening. I also had an anal fissure in January, which healed. Could this be due to an STI/STD? I haven't been sexually active since April 2024.

I get stomach pain whenever I eat food on the right side of my stomach. Which subsides after sometime, a few times there is pain in an empty stomach. What should I do

I was diagnosed with ibs and fd in 2019. Taking meds regularly. Yesterday day I had pain, cramp and gas for 14 hours . At night I felt chilly and today pain is less severe but cramp is there and feeling chilly also. Is it for ibs or for other disease?
