I have been prescribed Volstar 20 mg, Actapro 100 mg, and Cizaspa-X. Which one is to be taken before meals and which one is to be taken after meal please tell.

I am having pain in my position of liver area which is reflecting to back. Some time feel it's ribs pain. I have get the abdomen ultrasound done but nothing was found. I am also having pain in the right side of the belly button and burning sensation after the food.

The sgpt is 148, sgot is 58, ggt is78, all other things are within normal range. What is the condition of my liver with the enhanced enzyme level? Is it severely affected/ damaged?

I 34yrs male wt 75 kg ht 5_8 feeling swollen abdomen and uncomfortable and not feeling to eat .my sgot is 70 and sgpt is 120 .other liver function are normal .

Please tell that whether a gastroenterologist can diagnose stomach problems by physical examination of abdomen and knocking. Can ge decide by physical examination of abdomen that no further tests are required

Hello, To give a brief I've a history of grade 3 piles which was resolved in June 2023. And since then never did I faced any blood in stool. However when I was on my recent trip to Prayagraj,Varanasi ie from 21st Feb- 26th Feb , suddenly on 25th Feb evening when I had bowel movements I could witness visible blood in stool. The next day ie on 26th, no such visible blood in stool. However on 27th, again I could see visible blood in stool and along with that I've abdominal pain as well. Regarding color of blood it's difficult to say as it was with stool dissolved in commode water so apparently it was bright red visibly. Can you pls let me know what home remedies I need to follow to cure this ? Is it serious ? Is it because of eating outside food when I was travelling ?

Due to bacteria diagnosed in stomach my mother has started taking Esogress hp forte kit today morning onwards and she is seeing very little blood/brown discharge in urine 2-3 times. She has reached menopause 2 years before itself.Kindly suggest is this a side effect of this medicine or what could be the possible reason behind it?
