I am having frequent gas acid problems even though I am taking healthy foods.It is getting severe when I would take Chicken. I am taking pantaprozole 20mg every day. Kindly advise what can I do to control my acid gas problems. I feel really hopeless. Due to gas acid problems I am feeling fatigue.

Center chest have a mild pain or gastric feel all the times . Even ever feel pain i can just press the center chest and it makes some cramps / a tik sound that makes some relief . Feel gastric all the times . Even have some pain in the left arm when ever feel gastric . Even went on with ECG / echo all others but its all normal . Even consulted an MD who suggested to take sompraz 40 tablet before food , I took the same for almost 25 days but still the same gastric feel and pain exists .

I was diagnosed with h pylori positive. Took antibiotics and got negative for the second time. Lost weight due to gastritis after that and got cured but have malabsorption and vitamin deficiencies. I'm still losing weight. Should I go for digestive enzyme supplements or incorporate nutrition rich food as I have lost a lot of weight?

Hello Doctor My sister just had her wedding yesterday and has been vomiting consistently and has been feeling dizzy. She can not come into the clinic as there is a pooja in our house. Can you please prescribe some medication for her relief (specifically vommiting). I have given her some ORS water, but she vommited that out as well. She has been vommiting everything she eats/drinks. Please help.

What is relation between epigastric hernia and gerd as hernia was detected along with gall stones and symptoms include bloating ,backwash of food in thorat,mouth ulcers,indigestion...but no abdominal hernia  pain...is surgery resolves above symptoms? How long to wait for surgery until pain arises?

Recently I Have Done some tests. All are Ok including USG Whole abdomen, but my Ferritin level is 8 and Haemoglobin is 12.3. TIBC normal. Stool occult blood test Negative. Colonoscopy done and Colonic Diverticulum detected. LFT, KFT, TSH normal. Any suggestions and medication for Very Low Ferritin Level and Low Haemoglobin and Low MCV, MCHC please. Any suggestions for low Ferritin, Low Haemoglobin, kindly.

Hello my age is 28 year weight 81 kg and height is 182cm i have increased my lft since 8 year i have mild stomach pain with bloating on and off no specific symptoms recently i did my whole body check in which my lft is raised i did usg which is normal and my fibroscan show cap-310 lsm -8.8 is it possible to reverse this or it will do permanent damage to my liver and i go into cirrhosis thank you

My father is having Fatty liver since long time and currently he is taking Evion 400 and we did some tests so according to this tests,Is this fibrosis stage,Can you please explain me sir, Thank you

Hello everyone , hope you all keeping well . Honestly I am grateful for this platform and for you expertise to help us out in this tough situation by giving guidance. I have been having this shortness of breath and this sensation of a lump in a throat which I feel like clearing out even if there isn't any since the past four months , I have no issues with breathing when I am sleeping or lay down only when I get up or sit . I have consulted my family doctor, pulmonologist and ent thinking it might be their course but all of them stated that it is GERD which is my issue . Did all my X-rays scans for lungs , MRI and all came out to be fine . Since then I was prescribed Pantocid 40 mg for a month and a diet to follow , I feel a lot better then before but it keeps coming and going now rather then staying all the time it's been a month and I stopped taking the tablets . I don't understand what am I doing wrong . Please guide me in the right direction doctors .
