Patient: Male Age: 66 years Medical History: Recent chickenpox infection (now healed) History of Present Illness: My father had chickenpox a few weeks ago and was treated with antiviral medications, pain relievers, and other supportive care. The infection has healed, but after recovery, he started experiencing: Severe back pain (local doctor diagnosed as post-infection nerve pain and prescribed Preqm NT for pain). Constipation (doctor prescribed Diablo for relief). Despite taking medication for constipation, he has not had a bowel movement for the past 7 days. Current Symptoms: No bowel movement for 7 days Feeling of fullness and bloating Abdominal discomfort But no vomiting Medications Currently Taking: Preqm NT for nerve pain Diablo for constipation Any other daily medications Fibator for cholesterol Udiliv for grade 1 fatty liver Amlodac 2.5 for blood pressure G-loc LC for gas problems. We are deeply concerned please help us Since there is no bowel movement.

A 65y lady has the following health issues: * Weakness, nausea, giddiness and feeling of no blood flow to extremities of her body just after every defecation. Also feeling of tiredness * Sometimes loose motion and sometimes very hard motion. * Pain radiating from back of the head running down the spine. What might these symptoms indicate?

She sometimes complains of diarrhoea and sometimes complains of constipation.... she also has stomach pain sometimes... whenever she consumes milk or any sweets made of milk she complains of stomach pain and diarrhoea. Also when she is tensed or is scared she gets stomach pain and diarrhoea. Sometimes there is blood in stool also. Whenever she takes tension or is anxious she has stomach pain. When the pain is so intense that she cannot bear it then she has an episode of syncope. She feels dizzy. What could be the reason and medicines? Her hb level is 10.9 and vit d level is 4.6 her calcium level is 8.6 apart from that everything is normal.

My stomach is having diarrhoea and sometimes normal and i have done all my blood tests and ultrasounds and all reprts are normal ! I am avoiding fried and spicy foods since 1 month and eating healthy diet then also i am having cramps and loose stools sometimes normal too Pls help!!

I don't know what my problem is but i am suffering sever indigestion issue. I daily go to potty minimum 4 times. And also stomach pain before motion. I am getting shivering like situation before a meal.no power in the body.feeling nervous always.please help me.

I recently travelled to a new city and since then have issues passing stools as they are quite hard. I took suppository twice and enema once. I took duphalac syrup for around 7 days but that didn't help much so switched to hexbio and movicol . I had C-section 3 months ago. I can feel a small soft growth at the Anus I am worried whether this is piles . I can feel sharp pain when passing stool even though they are soft after medication. My doctor gave me emla 5% to numb pain . Please help with any tropical creams to shrink the haemorrhage

I’ve been experiencing pain during intimacy, which I believe is caused by an anal fissure. The pain is sharp and intense, especially during or after any form of penetration, and it can last for a while afterward. Sometimes, I also feel discomfort even when not engaging in intimacy, especially when sitting for long periods or after bowel movements. I’m concerned because this pain is affecting my ability to have normal intimate relations. Could this be linked to the fissure, and what treatment options might help?"
