Sir I had my routine check up one month ago in  which my bilirubin was 1.78 and sgot and sgot was 25 and 24 respectively now recently I have repeated my blood test bilirubin is now 2.0 rest all parameters are normal is there any concern

From few days I am facing the frequent burping after some time of food .. I even take an antacid tablet before food at night Also I am on anxiety medication . Is this issue due to medication or should I consult a gastroenterologist .

I underwent Endoscopy there the HPylori I got Positive now I am currently taking Sompraz Kit but still my symptoms are not cured. please help me with necessary inputs and make recover Please try to understand I have been suffering a lot .Cannot eat , no hunger , loss of weight and am very sick.

Two years ago, during an abdominal ultrasound, an incidental finding of a 2.7 mm gallbladder polyp was discovered. I was advised to repeat the ultrasound a year later. When I did so, the polyp measured 3.2 mm. The doctor mentioned that since the tests were conducted at different labs, this could be a machine error and that there was no need to worry. Should I consider getting another ultrasound this year? I have no symptoms or weight loss.

Hi, I have Crohn's disease and  ileal ulcer . Can I drink warm water? Will warm water make my ileal ulcer (Crohn's) worse? Please help me. Thank you

I've been having constant burping and indigestion since the last 3 months. I've had rifaximin, done endoscopy blood work everything is clear. H pylori medication taken since then no relief. I've also had pan-40, veloz d, gaviscon gel no relief I don't have any bloating only knotting feeling in lower abdomen along the gurgling and rumbling sounds and constant burping i am feeling hungry and able to digest also. Kindly advise what can be taken.

I got these tests done but the doctor I visited said everything is normal, just needed to verify if the report is normal. -very frequent urination(within 15-30mins of water consumption, upto 3times after 1L water) -blood in urine and the color changed to very dark since last week -constipation stays for 2 days and Diarrhea for 3-5, the cycle continues -pain on right side of stomach(started 3 days ago) -thyroid report was normal, BMI decreased to 17 -feel sleepy mostly -cervical pain -previous history of prurigo nodularis

Suffering from severe Acidity, consulted with doctor , All tests come normal , burning throat and nasal area even after taking 1) Pantocid dsr daily once in the morning along with 2) Ganaton OD once in the morning.. kindly help. I’m following up regarding my recent liver test results and symptoms. Here’s a summary of my situation: • SGOT (AST): Was 2800 U/L, now down to 600 U/L • Bilirubin: Currently 6.0 mg/dL • Stools: Pale/clay-colored • Symptoms: No abdominal pain, no fever, but I have had yellow eyes/skin and dark urine Given these findings, I would like to ask: Could this be hepatitis-related cholestasis?
