I'm facing hard stool daily instead of consuming lots fiber & water & that's why piles & fissure so I'm taking cremaffin plus syp twice a day 10_15 ml daily after meal & feeling good...so can I take this med daily for lifelong??is there any danger side effects?

I did endoscopy and found Gastroduodentis and i took medicine as per attached prescription. Already 15 days i took all medicine now only sompraz 40mg taking for next 15 days. Initially feel very normal for first 7 days now again some paining is there in stomach so should i need to continue medicine or need for more investigation. Usg is normal

I was having sharp pain n blood in stools quite often...it started 20 yrs back after miscarriage...due to medicines maybe...now am 43 yrs old...now it feels chronic...from last 2 months having pain and blood ...doctor did proctoscopy n said there's a superficial tear...n gave some medicine n cream to apply ...that healed now it's paining in another area ...nearly from 3 months having cremaffin but still there is little blood and pain sometimes ...do I need to do more tests ...can fissures heal on its own ...

Acid reflux causing throat soar and problems in breathing. What medications will help solve the problems. Is it possible to permanently cure this. Which category of doctor to consult for this problem.Some times also problem causes heart palpitations but mostly related to breath.

Hi, I am having frequent spot pain in the stomach. I am not able to eat. A small portion makes me full and i feel like puking. At times there is a chest burn. I do have a sgot of 51.88 U/L and sgpt of 41.42 U/L. Is that concerning?

My son 5.8 years, From Aug 2023, is frequently down with cold, cough and fever with his paed prescribing nebulisers (duolin, budecort) and inhalers(foracort). On jan 11, he first complained of stomach pain but I ignored as we were travelling. Pain was once in 2-3 days. he again got fever for 2 days, cold and cough from jan 22nd and was given syrup omnacortil forte from jan 30th as his cough didnt reduce with nebuliser. He got constant stomach pain from feb 3rd and we went for usg which stated mesenteric lymphadenopathy with largest 10.3*7.3 mm in right paraumbilic region. He is currently on antibiotics taxim o forte for 7 days, lanzole and biogermina. We are on 4th day of antibiotics but There is no reduction of pain . He feels pain after meals for 30 secs to a min. No fever, weight loss for now. Will this go away with antibiotics ? Any diet n physical activity restrictions? He likes paneer, chicken but I have stopped all this. He is craving for paneer. Can I give homemade paneer?
