My mom is diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver and she is having constant pain in upper right abdomen from last one month. Her CT scan report shows "Right lower abdomen shows focal mesenteric fat stranding. Concern for intraperitoneal focal fat infarction. Hepatomegaly with fatty changes ." Doctor has prescribed her combiflam, nexpro 40,meva sr. But still her pain is still there. How can the pain be reduced. She has already made changes in her lifestyle but the pain is something which is not going away.

I did endoscopy and found Gastroduodentis and i took medicine as per attached prescription. Normaxin 1-0-1 (14 days) Sompraz 40mg 1-0-0. (1month) Unienzyme 1-0-1 (14 days) Already 15 days i took all medicine now only sompraz 40mg taking for next 15 days. Initially feel very normal for first 7 days now again some paining is there in stomach so should i need to continue medicine or need for more investigation. Usg is normal Initially night pain was there but now only paining in day not in night what will be the reason?

Hello, I am having diarrhea since two days, taking Rifagut 400 3 times a day with econorm probiotic but still no improvement in bowel movements, visiting washroom almost every hour. Please suggest some medicine or alternative to stop this. Thanks in advance.

I have started feeling my xyphoid process since more than year now.. I am feeling it when touched.. that part does not have any pain ... I am diabetic since year now .. i have only problem is when I sit at ground , I feel stomach tight.. I never experienced this earlier .. I have been watching xyphoid process since year .. it is same feel and doesn't have any sort of pain .. I also consulted gastrologist and done Upper GI endoscopy .. nothing wrong in there .. that doctor told it is common and you are thinking too much ... I am not thinking too much .. I have just 2 concern 1. Why I started feeling my xyphoid?? When I take entire my stomach inside I feel it and I see it. 2. Why I feel tight /discomfort in stomach when I sit ground level ???

Moms age :59 I was having medication for acidity , severe burping , ibs , dyspepsia , and severe flatulence . Over time the acidity and burping is to a much lesser extent but due to Gerd and severe acid reflux I started developing cough . I also have allergic cold with occasional nose blockage and chest congestion . With these two issues u have been having persistent cough over 3 years . Initially for one year it was only while I ate the fir 1st morsel of food where I would feel choked later it has been consistent .it is very severe in the night as i have cervical spondylitis I do not take a pillow but lately have started using a sift pillow . It is dry continuous cough day and night and persistent leaving my stomach and back hurting . Attached is xray report Plz help. Wil be obliged 🙏

I have some symptoms like 1. I have stomach pain under belly button and sometimes it goes to upper part of stomach too.and this pain is very small 2. I have too much gas in stomach 3. Hi, 1 have pain in my anus (swelling) and tailbone/ sacrum pain. I had all tests done in 2024, like sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, CT scan, and ultrasound; all were fine except for small external hemorrhoids.I googled my symptoms, and it said rectum cancer or polyps, but the tests are clear except for hemorrhoids. Symptoms anus pain comes and goes..but now sacrum pain also start, Health anxiety is ruining my life. I feel I repeat my all tests like colonoscopy..should I? i think i shouldn't get married because of health anxiet..because feel I have something big problem and I die soon..

I get ultrasound test and I find that my liver is size of 18.2 cm is it normal size or I have fatty liver please tell what type of treatment should I get to treat it
