Dear Sir/Madam,I am suffering from Gerd from past 2 to 3 years.I am using rantidini 150 mg twice daily to manage Gerd.Is it safe for  liver and kidney for long term use.

Hi..I am a breastfeeding mom of a 3 month old baby. I have regular dry cough & burp alot since past 2 months.Cough is not very frequent but is constant. I visited a general physician Doctor who said it's GERD issue &  advised me to take Nexpro IT for the next 2 weeks. I forgot to ask if it's safe to take while breastfeeding. Could you please let me know if it's safe to take as I am feeding???

Last week I got my blood test as a health check up. One of the reports came positive for HBV DNA with value 302 IU/ML. Please suggest what to do.

Recently i had mouth ulcers for a week which healed and then i started having a fever episode with weakness and heavy head apart from that i also started getting stomach ache for which i have attached the report and still having low grade fever i have pale stool(whitish) and very dark urine ( like betadine solution) please help me with solution and further action

Hello Doc my wife is 2nd month pregnant but from last one week she is having vomiting all time. Due to it, weakness and dizziness is there. I am giving her ORS, coconut water, fruits, and Daliya for easily digest.   Gynecologists have recommended the medicine to avoid the vomiting but still not getting any improvement. Is this normal behavior, or we should consult other doctors. Kindly suggest and help us to calm her from nausea.

I was on HP kit and antibiotics for a week. Post that I started feeling well and was able to eat. However, after 6 days of stopping the HP kit, I am again facing stomach burning symptoms and fatigue. Please advise.

Hello Doctor, I recently underwent a liver function test which showed elevated alkaline phosphatase levels (currently 261 U/L). I had a liver-related health issue (hepatitis) a few months back ( October,2024) and was advised to avoid night shifts to support recovery. I’ve resumed work, but my employer now requires a medical certificate or note from a doctor confirming that night shifts may negatively affect my health, or that I should continue with day shifts due to my liver condition. I have my lab report available and can share it during this consultation. Would it be possible for you to review it and help me with a certificate or note that I can submit to my employer?

Can mucomix 600 and ursocol 450 tablet given in liver cirrhosis. Doctor prescribed this to my husband.

Since from two months I went to three Gastroenterology doctor, all of three done upper endoscopy to me, three reports came different results, 1st one Lax in Ge, 2nd one gastritis, 3rd one, small hitus hernia, I am medication for two months but burning in throat, and chest, stomach not reduce please 🙏🙏🙏 help me
