Abdominal pain ,loose stool

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hello ..I am having this loose stool for nearly a month now,that is not going away with antibiotics.i am having this with excessive gas,urge to poop even after passing stool ,pain in abdomen and sometimes burning sensation .passing stools 3 to 4 times a day .sometimes am passing some tubule like structure with stool and with some amount of mucus .the structure looks like a narrow tube ,darker in colour.i have given birth to my baby 10 months ago .can someone please tell me what is this ? And what should I do ?

Stop iron pills if you are on . Take probiotics for a month . Take medicines for worm infestation a course . If nothing works . Get CBC Ear CRP and colonoscopy
