Should I take a single tablet of PPI on my fasting day to prevent excessive stomach acid? I fast once a week and can feel acid buildup in my stomach, without any  troublesome symptoms though I break the fast at night with fruits only and don't consume anything except green tea and water during the day

Dear Dr I am facing a problem since last 12 years. I feel some bloating feelings and then bubbles came from stomach and then pause in breath for a second. And sometimes it's continue for more than 30 to 40 times. When it happens I feel weird.. When I feel pause in breath for a fraction of second I feel I am going to die. Plzz help me and give me suggestions what kind of problem is this and provide me the remedy 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I was occasional drink. Tested on  2 jan 2025 routine check up Yearly once  report found Sgpt-75 Sgot45 Unconjugated billurubin 2.0 Fibroscan normal Ultrasound report normal . So I took EVION 400MG and ursocol sr 450 Twice for 1month. After one month  again tested became normal and also I was doing physical activity . Is it everything ok And is it Nash Or NAFLD Should I worry  or to be relaxed Kindly help briefly pls

I have been taking Sompraz L for a month now but excessive burping is still there , got endoscopy done but nothing found , please suggest how to reduce burping and I'm on home food diet as well

Sir I am rudar my present age is 16 years , when I face blood in my stool I was 13 years old , and I was admitted in pgi rohtak , I was cured after admitting with in 3 or 4 days , and they had done ultrasound , they told it is not severe concern , and after that when I grew 14 I face this issue in every 4-6 month period once , but it became okay from it self , and now I am 16 years , I face this issue on 1 jan , and there is no problem with hydration , I drink 4 liters of water a day , then I came to that the cause also be can of over hydration, so now I drink 2 liter of water daily , but the issue is not solved , I am very disturbed with it , this problem disturbed my all progress in every field

I have Fatty liver grade 1 and adenomyosis and belly fat,what treatment is best fr me , To stop fatty liver

Its been a week I am experiencing stomach discomfort,and there is irregular bowel movements. I feel always full I don't get hungry .There is no pain in the stomach.Lower part of the stomach tightens and it's becoming difficult  to pass the stool.

I Am Using Pulmoclear At Morning And L Mounts At Night Both Tablets I Am Using For 4 Years So This Can Be Increase Sgot & Sgpt Level? Or Not
