Dear senior gasteternolgist, I am unable to book you due to certain constraints. It is hereby stated that my father is suffering from extreme level of diarrhoea. Whenever he eats something, he cannot control his bowel. Sometimes, he is suffering from recurrent diarrhoea. He has been diabetic under insulin ryzodeg, CABG surgery done. He had taken Rifagut 400 but still diarrhoea continues. What should be done in this scenario?

I have gall stone having size 10mm.does it requires surgery.no symptoms only gas and bloating and often pain between middle part of upper belly just below rib cage.

Hello whenever i take protein supplements even of good brand my stomach becomes upset.even i took the isolate version. There is a burning sensation after passing stool after taking supplements or . Please suggest any medicine.

Hello doctor , Eight years back my uncle has been daigonosed with  intramocusal adenocarcinoma in rectum side , no further treatment done after polypectomy and  no residual polyps seen after post polypectomy biospy , CT WHOLE ABDIMEN WAS normal , MRI pelvis WAS  normal . Question is what is the  chance of cure rate of intramocusal amdenicarcinoma. Can he able to live full live without recurrence . Please reply .

Dear Dr I am facing a problem since last 12 years. I feel some bloating feelings and then bubbles came from stomach and then pause in breath for a second. And sometimes it's continue for more than 30 to 40 times. When it happens I feel weird.. When I feel pause in breath for a fraction of second I feel I am going to die. Plzz help me and give me suggestions what kind of problem is this and give me remedy 🙏🙏🙏

Sir/Maa'm Good morning, Patient is having loose watery stool from past 4 days. Today we went to doctor in our nearby clinic but doctor of gastro was absent and general medicine MD doctor prescribed medicines. I have a query , are the medicine right , kindly give review 1) Lactic Acid Bacillus Tab: 2,2,2 after meals 2) Multivitamin and Multmineral after lunch 1 daily 3) Pantaprazole Gastro resistant and Domperidone Prolonged 1 tablet empty stomach 4)Cefixime with Lactic acid bacillus 200mg 2 tab daily after meals. Prescribed for 5 days. Kindly guide and give your feedback. Are these medicine ok to take for diarrhea? Thanks

Should I take a single tablet of PPI on my fasting day to prevent excessive stomach acid? I fast once a week and can feel acid buildup in my stomach, without any  troublesome symptoms though I break the fast at night with fruits only and don't consume anything except green tea and water during the day

I was occasional drink. Tested on  2 jan 2025 routine check up Yearly once  report found Sgpt-75 Sgot45 Unconjugated billurubin 2.0 Fibroscan normal Ultrasound report normal . So I took EVION 400MG and ursocol sr 450 Twice for 1month. After one month  again tested became normal and also I was doing physical activity . Is it everything ok And is it Nash Or NAFLD Should I worry  or to be relaxed Kindly help briefly pls
