Is BP 155 normal? A local doctor has said you have high Blood pressure I am a resident of Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

I had severe stomach pain followed by jaundice few months ago, and was in the hospital for few days. Doctors suggested it might be gallstones and ERCP procedure was done to clear bile duct. However no stones were found but only sludge. EUS procedure also did not find any issues with the gallbladder. Doctor still mentioned that the stones might have passed out by the time ERCP was performed and recommend the gallbladder removal surgery. I am now feeling just fine with normal diet with little to no symptoms and pain. Should I still go for the surgery or wait and watch to see if the pain recurs?

There is a single hypoechoic small mass lesion in the rt lobe of liver measuring approx 9*9 mm. What should I do for this, is it harmful or serious?

I have chronic constipation problem from last 10 years and was suffering from anal fissure and hemorrhoids. I had Hemorrhoids Surgery last year in Jan 2024 and was doing okay. However I also got pregnant in Feb 2024 so I assumed the constipation problem was due to it but later was diagnosed with Anal Stenosis. Due to pregnancy and inspite of proper diet I was suffering from constipation and I continued taking laxative. I want to know if this condition can be cured ? And what is the best course of action as I don't want another surgery as I have a small baby to take care of 😅

I think i have developed resistance to Antibiotics and the infection is still there after 2 months of treatment and PPIs. Can I go for an endoscopy + culture test while I am on PPI?

Some times My father has mild pain on liver area. So a few days ago when Doctor performed ultrasound for him. Doctor said he has grade 1 fatty Liver. So Doctor only given Fenofibrate 200 mg capsule. And Atorvastatin tablet to him. But still some times he has mild pain on liver area. So When mild liver pain is caused by fatty Liver , So How can my father relieve this kind mild liver pain which is related to fatty liver ? Which tablet can be use for this type of mild to moderate pain. Can Drotaverine tablet help for this kind of pain ? Or another tablet can be use ? Please write in Answer
