Attached CT scan report where finding was "There is few subcentimetric mesenteric lymph nodes noted in right iliac fossa." Dear sir/Madam I am suffering from too much gastritis problem chest  discomport and other symptoms since 5years.On 2020December done endoscopy and all the blood test and report says Grade A GERD AND VITAMIN B12 deficiency and D .And all the medicines had taken for one month. But not improved much. From April 2023 my stomach was crying and frequent  motion like dairiah more the then 3times after diet and exercise it was temporary soloved , last six months unhealthy stool like watery mushy and shape less but only one time motion hole day too much gas forming and chest stomach discomport too much. Please advise

I am suffering from ibs since 5months,plz suggest medication for ibs And give what food I have take.

Hi I am 17 years old and female I have undergone endoscopy and found that I have HPylori infection.I took 5 days HP kit.during this time I am having weakness back pain and headache.Should I continue the medicine or stop? And after this coarse can I take aciloc or pentaloc tablets for a month along with sucrafil gel?
