I have seen blood spots in stool after eating outside and from last 2 months I have burning sensation while passing motion and itching on rectal area ... After eating food I feel bloated all the time and sometimes constipation...what could it be ?

Why am I daily constipatied after taking lots of water and fiber??.. only the initial part of my stool become too hard daily then soft...even after taking any laxative...front part become hard every time...I have normal motion daily after waking up but the same thing..what can be the reason behind it??for that reason I'm also suffering from piles and fissure

I completed my endoscopy and the results were absolutely normal. There was no single issue noticed in the upper gastric part. The reason why I did this test is because I noticed melena in my stool along with abdomen pain but my results are all normal which is confusing. I still have abdomen pain slightly after I have a bowel movement. Is this common or any insights on this appreciated. I will be going through an ultrasound to know more.

I am having lot of gas buildup in my body. Visited doc month back and I was on meds for 15 days for the same. Doctor said the pain is due to indigestion. After completing course of the medication, next day I can still feel some pain in both underarms although it is reduced. Sometimes it causes pain in the head too and burning extending to arm, back. I am unable to understand if gas is building up due to eating less food or due to not being active. Facing the issue for more than a month. Please advise.
