Hi doctor, I had normal delivery 3 weeks ago with episiotomy. I have problem in passing stools with external hemorrhoid. Kindly advise what Cream can I use for it ? Currently I am nursing my baby. Is it ok to use nifedipine and lidocaine cream?

I am experiencing chest pain in different areas of my chest, along with excessive gas that is released through flatulence. I have taken PPI and prokinetic medications, which provided slight relief, but the pain returned after a month. Could you review my endoscopy report and explain the possible cause of the chest pain and suggest the next steps for treatment?

Age -30years ,Took 2months antibiotics for Hyplori bacteria  , gastritis was there too , avoided non veg , fried ,milk etc .. I can feel nauseous at times , can I add egg, nonveg diet ? Hi doctors I have been experiencing lower left abdomen pain that come and goes throughout a day multiple times and since last 4 months...the pain is mild but it gives me discomfort and make me worried. I have backache also but not sure this is associated with abdomen pain or not. I've done USG whole abdomen, finding was excessive bowel gas and grade 1 fatty liver (I have gas problem but not that much) Please suggest is it something serious, I will do CT scan after 2/3 days, but  I am worried very much and need your advice. 4 months back USG ABDOMEN of my daughter revealed multiple gallbladder stones, largest measuring 13mm. On taking Ursodeoxycholic Acid, 300 mg twice daily on the advice of gastroenterologist, the size of largest stone has come down to 11 mm but during the period my daughter experienced severe pain abdomen totally thrice from the day of diagnosis, that is 4 months span and used to get relief from pain on having I.V pain killers  from hospital. My daughter experienced abdomen pain whenever she took spicy and oily food. Her CBP and LFT reports are normal. Kindly advise further course of treatment for her recovery from present condition.

How long a person can survive comfortably without Gall bladder (this question is for someone who had Gall bladder removal at 30's)

I was diagnosed with H pylori in April 2024 Upper GI endoscopy RUT positive , took triple therapy felt somewhat good for 4 months again in August 2024 I have discomfort episode this time persist on left side upper abdomen region and back side of the same area, this particular episode align with my stressfull event in personal life(Father had heart attack and went through angio). Since then I have consulted General physician, Gastro, Cardiologist, neurologist even psychologist. Got CBC , CT screen with USG abdomen all came good except deficiency in Vitamin B12. During that B12 medication I had severe diarrhea episode one day. Since that day my poop does become normal it is always soft sometimes loose. Along with recurrent upper left abdominal discomfort and sometimes nauseous. Frequent googling also aided this symptoms and complicated thing. Two Homeo for 2 months but sudden flair 3 days back made me dejected and gained weight lost . Im totally depressed at present. Unable to enjoy lif

I have a problem when i am going to toilet for stul pass. I am not able to fresh properly and heavy gas pass, whole day my stomach feel like full of gas and feeling to go to toilet but not able to fresh properly so please guide me to resolve the issue.

Hello doctors I am currently taking nexito 20 mg as mentioned in details I am having black specks in my poop from the past few months right now its quite regular with that i am having gas problem on daily basis after taking gas tablet empty stomach still my problems did't go away i am having burning sensation at anus (thats because i eat spicy food all the time) Some time i have stomach pain for few seconds and then go away and most important i have to go to toilet in morning for 2-3 times i cant pass my poop in one go and my poop is not proper sometimes its quite watery and some times its spreads here and there idk the exact word MY ASTROLOGER ALSO SAID YOU GONNA HAVE PROBLEM RELATED TO STOMACH IN FUTURE I AM IN DEEP WORRY PLS HELP ME SUGGEST ME TEST AND MEDICINE HELP PLS HELP THANKS.
