I was diagnosed with H pylori in April 2024 Upper GI endoscopy RUT positive , took triple therapy felt somewhat good for 4 months again in August 2024 I have discomfort episode this time persist on left side upper abdomen region and back side of the same area, this particular episode align with my stressfull event in personal life(Father had heart attack and went through angio). Since then I have consulted General physician, Gastro, Cardiologist, neurologist even psychologist. Got CBC , CT screen with USG abdomen all came good except deficiency in Vitamin B12. During that B12 medication I had severe diarrhea episode one day. Since that day my poop does become normal it is always soft sometimes loose. Along with recurrent upper left abdominal discomfort and sometimes nauseous. Frequent googling also aided this symptoms and complicated thing. I have a problem when i am going to toilet for stul pass. I am not able to fresh properly and heavy gas pass, whole day my stomach feel like full of gas and feeling to go to toilet but not able to fresh properly so please guide me to resolve the issue.

Hello doctors I am currently taking nexito 20 mg as mentioned in details I am having black specks in my poop from the past few months right now its quite regular with that i am having gas problem on daily basis after taking gas tablet empty stomach still my problems did't go away i am having burning sensation at anus (thats because i eat spicy food all the time) Some time i have stomach pain for few seconds and then go away and most important i have to go to toilet in morning for 2-3 times i cant pass my poop in one go and my poop is not proper sometimes its quite watery and some times its spreads here and there idk the exact word MY ASTROLOGER ALSO SAID YOU GONNA HAVE PROBLEM RELATED TO STOMACH IN FUTURE I AM IN DEEP WORRY PLS HELP ME SUGGEST ME TEST AND MEDICINE HELP PLS HELP THANKS.

I am suffering from bloating and dull abdominal pain (sometimes right abdomen or left abdomen) for over a week.What can I do?5 years ago, I suffered from indigestion and doctor suggested me to take ppi.I took ppi for 4 months probably and my symptoms disappeared and I haven't face indigestion since that time.Now again I am feeling those symptoms after 5 long years . Also I take chocolate cakes frequently.

Can stomach issues cause lips swelling? Also, I have severe allergy problems and I had egg but did not take medicine after that. Please help

Can I take 40 ml duphalac daily in regular basis for soften my stool?? I have piles so I have to soften my stool... without this med my my front part of potty become hard daily after consuming lots of water and fiber...so is it safe for using duphalac daily for lifelong,?

I have moved to UK on 2nd Jan 25. After 7 days, I had vommitting and health went down terribly. I showed in hospital here. They mentioned I had jaundice and stones in gall bladder. Stones are not visible in scan nut doctor mentioned that because of stones only jaundice happened and digestive system not working. Blood reports are also not normal because of this.
