Hi i have GERD can any one tell me which medicine work bestin this . Is it pantosec dsr or rabesec ds as my stomach get inflated early morning and how much days or week gerd takes to settle down ?

Heaviness in left side and feel to poop but can't cramp sometimes worried please suggest and also back pain since last two years

I am feeling the sensation of passing out stool everytime... I am not feeling any pain and my stool is normal but the sensation is always there... What can be the reason for this...and rest everything is normal..

Before medication liver stiffness=12.5kpa,Alt=146,sgot=98,ggt=223. But after cutting back alcohol and treatment of udca my alt=68 and ast=29.

Hi doctor I had C section two months back and now i got piles.i am not having bleeding but i can see anal region got swelling and it got out. Can you please tell if surgery is required for removal or will they go on their own..i am having pain and inflammation using pilex tablets and pilex forte ointment.

I'm taking Adfrar 40 mg injection for last 3 years. Going through CT enterography can it be evaluated that this injection is not necessary.

My test results for GGT, SGOT, SGPT are 54,108 and 130 respectively. Earlier in the year I was diagnosed with fatty liver and would like to know if this is an issue. Currently the rest of the test results are within the range minus these 3 and I don't have diabetes ( maybe pre diabetic? I'm not sure). For context this test was taken after 16 hours of fasting (unintended) and my weight is in obese range.

I am suffering with constipation from 5 years.. kindly suggest me medical tests? What to take for this ?
