Hello everyone , hope you all keeping well . Honestly I am grateful for this platform and for you expertise to help us out in this tough situation by giving guidance. I have been having this shortness of breath and this sensation of a lump in a throat which I feel like clearing out even if there isn't any since the past four months , I have no issues with breathing when I am sleeping or lay down only when I get up or sit . I have consulted my family doctor, pulmonologist and ent thinking it might be their course but all of them stated that it is GERD which is my issue . Did all my X-rays scans for lungs , MRI and all came out to be fine . Since then I was prescribed Pantocid 40 mg for a month and a diet to follow , I feel a lot better then before but it keeps coming and going now rather then staying all the time it's been a month and I stopped taking the tablets . I don't understand what am I doing wrong . Please guide me in the right direction doctors .

Hello respected doctors . sometimes i suffer acid reflux After  eating some foods like chicken, mutton etc, . can i take pantroprozole tablet after for after eating acidity? or any other remedy?

Hi Doctor , Last week for three days I feel constipated and then It became okay ,my bowel movement was normal again today I feeling the same .

I have les lax hill grade 3, and my doctor told me to do arma procedure but i want to know if someone did it in india snd what was patient review, i am struggling from gerd for 1.5 years now and it's killing me i am only 21years old and I need guidance:(

I have pain in my chest and it changes position time to time .it happens with the breathing. Burf also come more. Some gas problem also. I have little cough when I change my position from sleeping to straight otherwise no cough. This pain goes away when I have to walk to much. Actually I have typhoid and jaundice in the year 2022 because of which I have to take so many medicines. Then in March 2023 I have dry cough and after some days this problem started. The cough went away in some days but chest pain remains till may 2023. Then it happens again in may 2024 for 10 to 15 days after traveling 15 hrs in bus. And it goes away naturally. Now it's again hurting when I travel bus for 15 hrs.

I have been diagnosed with h.pylori on 18th November, 2024 with pangastritis rut positive, I also have 2 cm hiatus hernia, ge junction note at 34 cm. I have taken 14 days h.pylori treatment which completed and right now I am taking sucrafil o, Esogress it (40/20) , pregeb d (50/20) , rexipra lite (5/0.25) and fur-xt. My current symptoms are inflammation kind of burning sensation before endoscopy test the inflammation was too heavy now the inflammation is there but the relief is 60-70% out of 100% also if I miss one dose of medicine like Esogress it and sucrafil o , then the inflammation starts not that heavy but it starts and I have start feeling uneasy, I want to know till how many days I am going to feel the inflammation kind of burning sensation in my stomach also I am not at all feeling hungry, doctors say it will take time to cure , but I want to know how many more time , it will take and will the pangastritis will cure permanently and I will be able to leave medicine or not.

I have c section delivery 20 days back , now I'm experimenting burning in Anus before and after pooping and 1 month back I have severe constipation but now vowel movement is normal but severe burning while pooping. My doctor suggests antibiotics, looz syrup and p cool from 3days but day by day burning is more

My Gallbladder is removed about 3 months ago. Can I use this Ox Bile Supplement for no gallbladder. How long should i take it? My symptoms are Nausea, Indigestion, clay coloured Hard stool, bloating, gas.

Hello Sir/Dadam, Kindly check the attached report, After 3 days of my periods I was diagnosed for ultrasound.,kindly suggest. No issue I feel but in ultrasound report it's showing some problems.
