Burping nd gastic nd sometimes shortness while eating sometime since yesterday nd feeling heavy chest nd burping happen even eating or drinking. Water pls. See this issue nd try to solve it

My wife having no period for 3 months,will it be a problem in pregnancy .I m too much worried about this

I have been experiencing left side abdominal pain for quite long, over 2 years.I feel bloated, pass a lot of gas, knotted feeling in left abdomen which gets eased when I defecate, sometimes acidity too. Also I have had a pimple kind thing on perianal area on left butt for over a year, whose size keeps on changing(sometimes almost vanishes and sometimes gets bigger).Now I have a lump kinda thing on left anus border for over a week now. Pics attached. I poop 1 time a day mostly and max 2 times a day rarely. Check my poop occasionally. It seems normal in thickness in the morning but when I have to otherwise poop in the evening , thickness is somewhat less. Sometimes burning on anus after I poop, and tailbone pain too. I used to spend 20-25 mins on the pot, which I have now reduced to 10 mins max. My CBC indicates low platlet level(110) , low MCV(78) for 4-5 years. HPLC, Reticulocyte, LDH, Iron studies- normal (as guided by haematologist). Is it cancer? Very worried! Guide please.

In tiffa scan report result is fetal heart in mid position it is normal And fetal bowel appears mildly echogenic please tell me it is OK

I have undergone Cholecystectomy 2 years back and after surgery I am having pain  under the lower ribs and in chest as well. The pain under ribs increases while heavy lifting and intense physical activities. I did ultrasound, ech everything is normal...then why having this kind of pain

I have problem of hypersalivation. Water comes in mouth whole day.. I consulted dentist and en t. They said nothing wrong... They found nothing wrong.. This is from one month now...pls suggest any medicine to stop this excess salivation...it is frustrating me a lot...it is decreasing my quality of life... Pls pls suggest any medicine to treat hypersalivation.

Hello doctors, from the last 1 week all the time I am feeling blotting in my stomach and after food having light stomach pain. Should I start take PAN-D tablet on daily basis?

After completing a course of nexpro and sucral for gastritis and eating simple bland food, my symptoms had subsided for a week post course completion. But recently afterwards I inadvertently had home cooked veg spicy food (still no outside food) and Ive started feeling chest stuffiness in mid upper chest area inspite of consuming very little food, as if something is stuck in the middle. This feeling has been there for a full day now, no other significant symptoms except mild bloating and indigestion. This is definitely not respiratory, because my breathing and throat are normal. What can I take to alleviate this?

Are endoscopy and colonoscopy pipes are sterilized and safe to go for test. Will they transmit infection? Please advise

I am having frequent gas acid problems even though I am taking healthy foods.It is getting severe when I would take Chicken. I am taking pantaprozole 20mg every day. Kindly advise what can I do to control my acid gas problems. I feel really hopeless. Due to gas acid problems I am feeling fatigue.
