Hi Doctor, I have vitamin D level: 12 and B12 level: 270. Doctor prescribed arachitol 6L IU for 4 weeks. Meaxon plus for 6 weeks. Do I need to use vitamin D tablets weekly for 4 weeks after the 4 injections? Or injections are alone enough. Please suggest.

My SGPT  113 and SGOT level is around 60. I drink once a week. Also, I have regular problem wherein I have multiple motions in a day and sometimes burning sensation after passing stool with foods not proper digest. Is the SGPT and SGOT level very serious ? I have been suffering from grade 2 fatty liver for the last 3 years and currently it is grade 1, size 158mm. Actue chest pain in intervals,lasting for seconds if severe and lasting for some mintues if subtle.Also this happens throughout the day multiple times since last month.Also sometimes pain is so severe as though it restricts any movement.Also the pain is at a particular point only.
