29. M. 5'6". 72kg. I self medicated capsule velgut thinking poor gut health was causing my brain fog. Can it in turn cause any adverse effects such as brain fog when it is not indicated?

I recently got a medical report for my mother, and it mentions "mild bulky pancreas with the tail measuring 23mm." I am concerned about what this could indicate. Could you please explain what this finding might mean and suggest possible medication or further steps for diagnosis and treatment

I have been suffering from acid reflux and a throat ulcer for almost 4 years, and it still has n’t healed. I consulted an ENT specialist and followed a 2-month treatment, but the ulcers increased despite using tablets. I’m worried about what to do next. Can I undergo an upper GI endoscopy? Please give me some suggestions. I’m still facing throat discomfort, and there’s a slight bad smell from my throat, which sometimes feels like a cold.

I had intestinal TB , I took medication for 12 months , after completion of medication I went for colonoscopy and Dr said only pseudopolyps there and I got recovered , But i am  feeling my intestine is bleeding , when I checked with CBC test I found I have low platelet counts than normal , though my Gastro Dr is not believing that my intestine is bleeding , But when I was on TB antibiotics I was fine , since I left antibiotics after a month sometimes I feel my body is shivering or flu types symptoms , when Dr found my TB through histopathology and biopsy at that time he used GeneXpert test and it showed Rifampicin INDETERMINATE , but my Gastro Dr suggested to take first line TB drugs as I never had TB before .. But I am worried whether it was/is normal TB or MDR TB ? I don't know why do I have body shivering symptoms and flu type symptoms most of the times . Thank you for your attention .
