Fatty liver Grade 2 Mild enlarge liver right lob 16.25 Sgpot 46.4 Taken unidova-300 twice a day with stable diet

My sgpt and sgot are 72 and 74 respectively And my gallbladder and urinary bladder is distended and pain in right lower abdomen

From past 2years I was facing diarrhoea and I did all the test colonoscopy endoscopy and in endoscopy it's shown pan gastritis erosion and Rut positive. So can anyone tell me that is it curable or not and what can be the future complications with this.
