I have a condition of hiatus hernia. Though everything is fit and fine. but sometimes i gets upset stomach. I have lost almost 6 kg weight in last 8 months without any reason. My hairs are getting thin. I am having ulcers in my mouth and today when i was brushing my teeth during gargling there was blood. I have noticed blood initially too but that when i try too hard but today it was clear and bit more than usual. What should i do? This is concerning me alot. Help me this please.

I have gastric issue post covid, now I burp a lot after every meal my left side seems heavy I have bad throat seems inter connected I also had ovaries cyst way back in 2015 which was not treated at that time was told it will go away with time Now I feel less of energy more of burping and now without mucain gel I can't live a day. I just want to live the way like I used to and be able to enjoy eating.. Please help.

I have been having fever from the last 7 days which is going up and down , plus cough too. But before this I was having abdominal pain as I am a patient of IBS and was getting treated for that for which has recovered 90%. Not sure wether this fever is because of IBS , I went to a physician and prescribed some tests like CBC ,WIDAL AGGLUTION , C-Reactive Protein , ESR . My question is that is IBS causing this or anything else . Kindly advise before I take consultation The pattern of fever is like Early Morning - on a scale of 99 f Mid Day - it goes to 100.3 f Late Night - 102.3 f I am energyless and my eyes are burning

My Grandmother has cancerous Symptoms, and her stomach is Bloating. And Now it is hard for her to eat anything. The members of our family are quite afraid to admit her in hospital saying the Symptoms will only get worse if they treat or whatever they do with that cancerous thing. Her stomach is bloated her to chest. What can be the reason, and is there any treatment specifically to give her relief by reducing her stomach relief without making the situation worse? Please need urgent attention.

I have getting stool greenish blackish colour last 8 to 10 days.. Starting it's getting small quantity like constipation and sticky now from last 5 days it's normal but colour greenish blackish. No changing food , no any tablet, no pain, hunger is good. Only colour is changed of my stool. Please guide what is the problem and what I can do. I attaching photo with flash n without flash.. My wife age 34 having direct bilurbin of 0.5 and indirect bilirubin is 0.1. it's ok or she have to take medicine for that? Kindly suggest. And she is having edema issue now.

I have undergone treatment for h pylori followed by 1 month ppi. After finishing course my stomach symptoms came back on 2 week without medication. Doctor has suggested me to take ppi for 2 more months. I have 3 questions :- 1)could the symptoms at 14 days be acid rebound? Or was the gastritis not healed? My symptoms were burning sensation in stomach whole day, nausea in the morning upon waking up and lots of flatulence and regurgitation. 2)how long can i take ppi safely and whether i should take probiotics and vitamins to supplement deficiencies caused by ppi. 3)ppis have been known to cause kidney damage, b12, c and iron deficiency, deficiency of magnesium, increased risk of salmonella, campylobacter and c diffcle infections so how long can you take them safely.

My ttg-iga was detected 14 initially and the biopsy has mild blunting of villi. After going gluten free for 4 weeks, I got tested from different lab and ttg-iga dropped to 1.7. Is such a drop possible in 4 weeks or was the first test report faulty?
