I am a gastric patient today I had upper endoscopy Endoscopy report impression:normal mucosal study What does this mean but still doctor took for biopsy may be to rule out infection since am having upper abdomen pain Pls tell if it's normal or any serious Attaching screenshot of the report Thanks in advance

I have sharp pain during and after bowel movement, burning sensation,this   heals and recurs later ,this was first identified 13 years ago ,,can i go laser surgery .what this condition is exactly called,do i need to to go for surgery,tell me surgery will be best option or not or  any side effects with surgery,what should i follow.

There is an increase in ALT - 78.7 U/L and AST - 58.30 U/L after gallbladder removal , what does it means?should I be worried? All other LFT tests were normal

Plz check biopsy report. biopsy from ileum and right colon, histological features are suggestive of infective ileo colitis. Biopsy from left colon, histological features  suggestive of chronic non specific colitis. Is it self curable .plz reply.doctor gave vitamin b tablet,gas tablet,probiotic granules.

Hi doctor, Noticed pus discharge from Anus and it's been irritating.Doctor suggested to take MRI scan and gave some medications and suggested diet changes..attaching the MRI scan report.Is there anything to worry about?Kindly suggest,Thanks

I had acid reflux issues(vomiting) on 16 April continuing for 4-5 days and had to get admitted to the hospital, where after CT scan, endroscopy, and colonoscopy, I was told that I have stomach ulcers(h.pylori +)  and hemorrhoids and was given cremaffin plus for constipation and pantop-D  but even after 2 months after taking regular consumption of cremaffin and following the diet I still get blood in stool if I but little pressure and have to frequently visit the washroom which makes me tired and impacting me mentally. I am currently relying on creamffin plus, and I want to know why I still have issues even though I have been taking only a recommended diet since last 8 years and didnt have these issues barring constipation, but suddenly I had all these issues. What's the best solution for getting rid of constipation, piles (without operation) and frequent visit to washroom?

Hi doctor. For past 4 days I'm noticing bright red blood with my stool. I dont have any pain but little burning sensation after passing stool. Is this piles or something else. Please advise.  I've booked physical appointment with local doctor on coming monday.
