Female, 29 yrs. On 15 April 2024, the gall bladder stone was 1.6 cm. Consulted an ayurvedic doctor who said the persistent cough especially at night is due to bile. Took pithorin for 6 months and the cough significantly reduced. On 31 Dec stone size increased to 2.6 cm. Cough has increased. What should we do? Is there any alternative to gall bladder removal? Hi, I have a very low hb(10) due to heavy periods. My gynac suggested orofer xt daily each to increase iron level. I usually take it after breakfast but it makes me nauseous as well as bloated and I don't feel like eating at all. Is there any other alternative or way to change this? Kindly reply

I am vegetarian, i have pain in lower and upper limbs feel weak, tired exusted. I do blood test regularly some get low b12, vitamin d and testosterone, i drink milk regularly and and Sun exposure and excercise is also ok. .I want to know is there any other reason such gut issue or stomach which prevents this vitamins from absorption.
