I am h pylori positive. And taking antibiotic clarithromyacin amoxicillin esomac 40 and bistas 120. After 1 day using this medicine I pooping black stool. It is side effects of medicine or not?

Hello sir /ma'am My wife 31 yrs old, after having Dinner occassionally complaints of acidity and pain in her left upper back. This back pain keeps changing place in her back. (Mid back or upper back) Generally happens after having heavy foods at Night. What could be the reason for this.pls guide

I underwent a left Ear surgery (Tympanoplasty). I had been given strong antibiotics and pain killer for 7 days. I have been sleeping straight and right side for more than a month. 11 days after my surgery that was on 03rd Oct'24 I started getting belching and right side of throat feels full. Then after few days belching has become strong and continuous like a force along with little gas and bloating. Also end of Oct'24 I observed stool was green in color. After 2 weeks stools became brown for few days and then brown sometimes and then green sometimes or mixed. Now bloating is very less but belching is the same along with something feeling stuck on the right side of the throat. I have taken Dompan twice a day for 14 days, then Omez dsr for 18 days along with Mucain Gel syrup for 10 days, now on Omez D+ for 18 days. I have good appetite. Please advise

14 months ago I have been diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver disease.USG report of that time has been attached. Abnormal LFT parameters of that time for ALT (SGPT) was 42 (lab normal range was <34) & LDI was 79 (lab normal range was 100-190).All other parameters for LFT were within normal limits. Also have diabetes,high bp,dyslipidemia & hypertriglyceridemia.All these conditions presently remain almost under good control. Taking Lipaglyn 4 (1 tab once daily in the morning after breakfast) for both hypertriglyceridemia & fatty liver disease. Kindly evaluate the condition of my liver from the USG plate & confirm whether my liver is in grade 2 fatty liver disease in actual or not. Also confirm whether Lipaglyn 4 (1 tab once daily in the morning after breakfast) is sufficient for my fatty liver condition or not. Also need to know that whether taking Liv 52 for fatty liver disease is beneficial or not ?

I was diagnosed with erosive gastropathy after endoscopy & have taken 14 day antibiotic treatment for H. Pylori and recovered after that. Also took pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day for additional 3 weeks on doctor's advise. Can I stop taking it now? I feel this medicine causes me anxiety.
