  4. Constipation & cremaffin plus. It safe?

I'm taking cremaffin plus 20 ml twice a day regular...for soften my stool.. otherwise my stool become so hard after taking lots of fiber ,water & that's why I've piles so I have to soft my stool...can I take this med daily 20 ml??is it safe?
