Lifestyle modification is the ultimate form of treatment...take laxatives whenever there's passage of hard stool...if it's not working consult with a surgeon for further course of action... Generally it doesn't have any serious drug interactions with antibiotics except the effect of one of the ingredients of the said laxative might be reduced by some antibiotics...
Next Steps
take high fiber diet, drink plenty of water, take laxatives whenever there's hard stool for hemorrhoids(piles) physical examination needed
Health Tips
taking such high volumes of laxatives means it's not working properly...so better visit general surgeon for proper evaluation
