LFT issues
My reports have AST/ALT ratio 1.7 Bilirubin total 1.63 (direct 0.28, indirect 1.35) I have noticed that in the past from around 2019 till now, my bilirubin levels were slightly elevated in all/most annual reports but I didn't feel any other issue. Now, last year I'm also diagnosed with Gastritis and hyper acidity because of which I also have breathing problems esp in the night. What can be done?

For gastritis , you need 2 to 3 weeks therapy of pantoprazole and prokinetics. You might be having reflux of gastric acid resulting in breathing issues. For LFT bilirubin can vary still it is in the permissible level. Kindly post your LFT report.
Next Steps
need PPI therapy and repeat LFT
