Loss of Appetite

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I had Endoscopy done due to bloating and food reflux and I had H Pylori eradicated second time and got a negative in breath test but since then my appetite has come down. I don't feel hungry at all. I had vitamin deficiency due to malnutrition after some severe gastritis during h pylori treatment. My CBC, Peripheral smear test, diabetes, thyroid, colonoscopy, liver profile and renal profile, chest c ray everything is normal. After taking appetite stimulants like Practin, Aptimust I still feel no hunger. I go to gym everyday. I have started gaining weight which is a good thing but no appetite. Why? Please suggest.

Weight gain is a good thing Also all your reports are normal. How much time since you finished your h pylori course? Nothing much to worry antibiotics sometimes may cause loss of appetite, your appetite will come back. Also it's better if you eat les and in a controlled way.😊
