Mither is having pain on left side little above navel i.e upper quadrant and having headache too and attaching ultrasound report and in that liver is increased but pain is on left so what should be cause ,its been 4-5 days around and ultraosund done on 2nd or 3rd day of pain around now its 3rd day ,gallbladder has been removed in the past , no fever and bp was ok too when checkee by doctor on that day.Ultrasound report attached.Kindly give doagnosis or test if needed please

I noticed dark black colour stool today. And I also face severe constipation for past one month. Other than that no issues of stomach pain, ulcer or gastritis. I feel hungry and no vomiting. I have attached the picture. Kindly guide me whether this is a serious issue.

Asking for my brother. He is on anxiety medicines for the last 4 years ( nexito 5 - 1/0/0, clonotril 0.25 -1/0/0, and mirtazapine 7.5 - 0/0/1) Recently his sgpt levels shows a value of 60 and all the other values are normal. Up on ultrasound fatty changes in liver is observed. On doing fibroscan the values obtained are 6 kpa, and a cap score of 265. Should he continue the same medicines or consult any other expert doctors? Thank you

Hi, Recently I was having issues with my back so I consulted with an orthopedic doctor. He asked me to do 4 tests instead of 4 I did full body tests which include 87 tests. Now the orthopedic doctor did his part by suggesting medicines. Now I noticed my bilirubin as well as thyroid levels are on the higher side, though there are no symptoms noticed. Attached my report where the raised levels are showing. Please guide me. Thanks.

I have galbladder stone issue but recent increase in pain took me to usg. USG report notes-- INCLUSION := • Gall bladder is well distended. • Multiple calculi of size 3 mm to 6 mm noted in gall bladder. Calculus of size 5mm noted in cystic duct of gall bladder. • • • Gall bladder wall edema noted. No E/O collection surrounding gall bladder / GB perforation. CBD , IHBR appear normal.(Not dilated).

I have piles and fissure...so I'm taking cremaffin plus 7.5 ml twice a day..and after that I hv 3 times motion & it's soft but without it I'm again passing hard stool..so can I take it for daily basis long term?
