I have left side abdominal pain(discomfort) from 9 months, Don't kug abdomen and pelvis 2-3 times and Ct scan, Every time it came normal, I am suffering with obesity and metabolic syndrome, What should I do?

Hi My husband just tested all here LFT shows slightly eleveted values for bilirubin total 1.50, bilirubin indirect 1.10, serum sgot 52.0. Any issues with this what to do to reduce? And he doesn't find any symptoms.. Kindly suggest and explain. Attached report

Hi, I am having gas, bloating, unable to pass gas, mild dizziness, feeling like my food pipe filled unable to swallow gas, breathlessness, mild pain abdomen sometimes. Feeling to burp but unable to do that. This things happening regularly. I have kidney stone issue since dec 22 last year which I removed by surgery on 11 january still have dj stent in left ureter tube. This gas problem started 2-3 days after kidney stone problem. Also frequent urge to go toilet for stool. Did alpha blockers have something to play. It started after I taking them. I am taking them since dec 22.

Hello sir few days back suddenly I having pain like cramp in abdominal near belly button than I have done usg and show that few subcentimeter mesmeric lymph nodes seen and today again I have done usg in this no obvious lymph nodes seen could you explain what is this what causes Bhind this please explain give right suggestions

I'm daily constipated ...stool become hard daily after consuming lots of water and fiber ..and I already have piles and fissure so I'm taking cremaffin plus syp 5-10 ml twice a day(after lunch and dinner)..and I'm feeling very well..no hard stool problem is there after using this...so can I use it for lifelong or for years??,is it safe for daily use and long term??

History - polyps 4 in number year 2018 Went for polypectomy and removed them History : Tubular Adenoma with no evidence of dysplasia Year 2019 : Went again for colonoscopy , no polyps were discovered Year 2024 : Again went for colonoscopy , 6 mm sessile polyps and 2 dimunitive polyp were discovered . Again went for polypectomy and removed them History : Tubular Adenoma with dysplasia but dysplasia is limited to epithelium and doesn't invade deeper layer Gastrologist has recommended for another colonoscopy in three years but I am going ahead after 2.5 years as a preventive measure . Question : I am not sure what is happening, as I didn't have any problem before this and it's giving me sleepless nights since this time it's showing dysplasia which was not there earlier . Kindly suggest what to do ...what mode of treatment i should go for .

Hi doctors just completed mbbs and doing my ruralship Problem is that I have stomach issues since 8 years problems I face are discomfort in stomach anal region discomfort, smelly stool and even rice and sambar makes me bloated and I have undergone endo and colonoscopy both r normal some doctors says it has ibs and some has sibo.But I pass stool regularly and even following low fodmap diet but not got results.I have spent lot on this issues pls any one guide me on What to do bcz I'm unable to study bcz of worries...
