H pylori gastritis
I was diagnosed with h pylori through endoscopy 3 weeks back. Biopsy says reflux esophagitis. I took 10 days antibiotics course and also completed antacid course yesterday. I follow proper restricted home diet. Sometimes, I still get some symptoms of acid reflux. How long does it take for gastritis symptoms to go completely and get to normal diet? Do I need to take any more medicines or any tests to be done?

Reflux esophagitis needs continued treatment. Gastritis may resolve anytime between 4 to 6 weeks of continued treatment. Is there a lax LES or a hiatus hernia ? Medical management initially, if symptoms of reflux are persistent you will need additional investigations and appropriate treatment.
