Lump in anus since 03 years
I have itchi anus lump it has been three years and still it persist while its size changes over time .
Once i visisted a doctor 2 years ago and he said it would be heald automatically within six months .
Since my visist it has been 02 years and it still there.
Symptoms are itchi anus amd not much complication .
I have attached lump picture

Take lot of fiber food
Enough water per day
Aerobic Excercise
Avoid red meat. Fried and fast foods and street foods
Eat vegetables , salads and fruits
