Sudden sharp pain in right chest

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am having sudden sharp pain in right chest and ribs such that I am facing difficulty in breathing as inhaling further elevates the pain and this pain is increasing whenever i am lying down or trying to get up after lying down. I have never had such issue in the past. Although I have diarrhoea from past 2-3 days for which I didn't took any medicine

May be a muscular pain , if you have done recent vigorous exercise . Or it could be acid reflux issue . Take antacids for. Couple of weeks and see If done in usual vigorous exercise , needs rest . If nothing is helping. Check with cardilogist and if negative for angina , do endoscopy
