Gas Problem - I Have Too Much Burping And Sometimes Food Comes

I have too much burping and sometimes food comes back to mouth, sometimes I feel a bitter taste. Most of the time i feel some gas stuck in my chest It's totally irritating. What is this problem? Is it curable permanently?
