Frequent burping after taking food

Asked for Male, 43 Years

Having frquent burping, gas and chest pain for 2years. Did liver tests and sonography. Liver tests are fine. Sonography showed grade 2 fatty liver and blood tests showed vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency. Taking nexpro but no benefit. What is the cause of my problem.
