Hi I am a female 25 years old
I had a gas issue for 4 years
I burp a lot especially at nights and gas from bottom will happen all the time in a day especially at nights
If in case I skip the food for 1 time a day then it will be a large issue for me like having continuous burps and gas stuck between chest and somehow I felt like gaa stuck in my throat
This stuck issue happened everyday night
I am feeling like if in case I don't have this issue in a day it will be the happiest day for me
Constipation problem is there but I eat fibers and drink water and walk
I know that it happened because I skipped meals during my college days so I realised and changed my diet and habits still this problem is struggling me alot
Some times I felt like I have reflections/movements in my stomach when this gas problem occurs
I know that I have to visit the doctor and I did several times but they only give me tonics medicines
Anyways I am going to visit again
Here I am asking for your thoughts.

Burps and farts are normal!... similarly peristalsis (reflections/movements) are also normal!
Lifestyle modifications might help for acid reflux disease
Drink plenty of water, High Fiber Diet, Take small frequent meals, take meals on time, avoid fatty, fast and junk foods, brisk walking in the morning and evening will also help.
Can use stool softeners occassionally for constipation.
Next Steps
Consult Gastroenterologist if you are facing problems even after lifestyle modifications
