Burps and farts are normal!... similarly peristalsis (reflections/movements) are also normal! Lifestyle modifications might help for acid reflux disease Drink plenty of water, High Fiber Diet, Take small frequent meals, take meals on time, avoid fatty, fast and junk foods, brisk walking in the morning and evening will also help. Can use stool softeners occassionally for constipation.
Next Steps
Consult Gastroenterologist if you are facing problems even after lifestyle modifications
