Hello dr..i am 19 weeks of pregnancy.. 3 days ago i take iron tab 2pm..and then 5.30 pm i vomit black... Frist time i vomit black... Is is iron or any other medical problem.. Is this time of pregnancy endoscopy is safe plesse tell me🙏🙏🙏 Also attach black vomiting picture

My fibroscan reading over the period of years :- 12 July 2019:- LSM = 6.1 CAP = 273 09 Nov 2024:- LSM = 3.3 CAP = 255 29 Mar 2025:- LSM = 4.0 CAP = 191 What do you interpret? My doctor has prescribed me Heptol Tab/Syp . Do I need anything more with this?

I have been suffering from anal fissure and piles for 10 years.. Despite maintaining a strict vegetarian diet,I keep getting anal fissures regularly and it results in bleeding. I exercise and walk regularly. I have taken medication across homoeopathy, ayurveda, allopathy but it keeps coming back again and again. It has taken a mental toil on my psyche and I feel sad and depressed at times .I was suggested a primary treatment using otc medicines ,it works for some days and again the problem recurs. I don't see an end to this vicious circle.please help

LFT and ultrasound report is attached. Is SGOT, SGPT and GGT is high because of fatty liver. LDL is 107, WBC is 3.79 and Platelets is 120
