Plz check ultrasound report plz tell what is the issue Is this serious liver size is also not given in report

Kindly interpret the gall bladder from the ultra sound report. If further checks are required and if this can be reversed ?

DUE TO CHRONIC CONSTIPATION I HAVE DEVELOPED ANAL FISSURE IN MY RECTUM AREA WHICH IS PAINFUL N CAUSES BURNING SENSATION.WHICH TABLET IS BETTER FOR ANAL FISSURE DAFFLON 500 MG OR SITECOM FORTE.PLZ ADVICE.

Having burning sensation in chest, stomach, less sleep at night. Gas formation. Burning sensation in urinating also there but now it is not there almost.

I was suffering from antral gastrtis with h pylori from 2010 last  endoscopy done last yr June with impression two gastric ulcer in antrum. recently last month I have done ft kft and cbc peripheral smear all was fine and usg show fatty liver grade I with constant weight upto 2024 in 2024 -jan 2025 my weight increase to 5 kg approx i am always patient of acid reflux burping acidity and gas indigestion due which I have done too much endoscopy now I am facing weight loss 3.5kg in one month I have changed my life style I m eating cucumber in breakfast and low quantity of rice in lunch and dinner before sunset my present position is too much acid reflux, epigastric pain heartburn weight loss infection in mouth weakness and good sleep sir sir I want to know a)sir this weight loss is due to dietary change or any tumor is stomach as per my symptoms b) how much time take two tiny ulcer take to change to convert cancer c) what type of stomach may be it

Hi doctor , I took antibiotic treatment for a month for strong positive for Hpylori bacteria , Then due to nauseous feel I took another 2 months tablets to settle my nauseous , still I have at times am on good diet still i can see some nauseous feel , I avoided non veg , no oily foods , taking good amount of fruits and curd items .Will my Hpylori bacteria gets cured ? And why is this nauseous I have whenever I go out ? But no abdominal pain , no heartburn ,no vomiting only nausea what is my problem doctor ? Can you pls explain about this in report it was 6months before report . How can I avoid my nausea feel ? And what all foods I can follow up sir , my weight is getting loss automatically too . . Any suggestions sir

My ECG and ECHO  are quite normal, NO  BP , NO SUGAR, lipid i s slightly elevated, I have been observing for the last 3 years, whenever I climb on an inclined bridge of railway or 3 to 5 story I feel pain most bottom of mid chest and feels burping and gastric,

IMPRESSION(HISTO) :  Mild non specific inflammation with increase is eosinophils, a possibility of cow milk protein allergy(CMPA) needs to be excluded. No evidence of parasites/ granuloma/dysplasia/ malignancy/ features of chronicity.

Hello doctors. Today in my report I got 6.99 ng/ml AFP level. My cardiologist suggest lower abdominal sonography. Could you please share your opinion is it normal for a male aged 36 years? If yes then what is the normal range and how to prevent/cure such problems? Also what could be the reason for AFP? Thanks in advances doctors

Last 1 year having liver area pain and tenderness(not all the time) Recently USG showing - "hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty change - parenchymal echotexture mildy raised" Serum lipase - 26 U/L Overweight - BMI 27.4 from Covid time Weight -84 Height - 5ft9in Doctor suggested to reduce 10 kg in 3 months no medicine. Reduced 3.5 kg in 22 days My question is Is there any more test I need to do to know the exact root cause and overall liver and surrounding area status as the pain is there or USG is enough? I'm really concerned about this
