Anal fistula
My mri report - A thin hyperintense track with surrounding inflammatory changes is seen originating in the natal cleft in right paramedian location extending for length of 3.5 cm traversing the transsphincteric plane with internal opening at 6 o’clock. The internal opening is around 1.9 cm from anal verge. No supra-levator extension. What can i do now
