Having cramps/shock type feeling

Asked for Male, 35 Years

For some days I do not frequently but one a day get sudden cramps on the center of the chest near the food pipe which lasts for less then 1 sec and goes...so I am worried about this ...The same happened a few years back and it cured automatically ...a few months back ecg and a few blood tests were performed and it was normal
