Hemorrhoids
Hii doc 14 days ago I had c section delivery ...In 9th month there was two small lumps near the rectum .I applied annovate cream but after delivery I saw that hemorrhoids has increased ...I m attaching a photo .pain id not there but facing difficulties in passing the stool .pls help me what to do

Take Laxatives for couple of weeks Syp Cremaffin plus 5-10 ml at night . SITZ bath two times a day x 2-3 weeks . Avoid excessive straining while passing stools . High fiber diet Water intake atleast 3 lit per day Avoid fast foods. , red meat , fired foods
