Repeat blood tests
In 71 yrs female with early stage compensated liver cirhosis, asymptomatic, no alcohol use, prediabetes, hypertension. LFTs, IgG are moderately elevated. ANA+. No ascites/jaundice. Biopsy not done. ?AIH?PBC How often repeat blood tests (LFT, RFT, PTINR,CBC)  are advisable? Is every 3 months compulsory? Also can cirrhosis cause increase d-dimer?
