Weight Loss & Frequent Urination
Hello Doctor, I was treated for H. pylori-related erosive antral gastritis  with antibiotics and other medicines for about 15 days, followed by a reduced medicine course. It has been 60 days with these medicines. In the last 4 (before and after)months, I have lost about 10 kg. Now, I am experiencing frequent urination at night — sometimes every 15–20 minutes, sometimes 1–2 hours apart —  Please advise possible causes and if I need any tests

Weight loss could be due to restrictive diet. Loss of appetite if there, is an alarm sign and needs to be evaluated. Frequent micturition could be a sign of urinary tract infection or diabetes. Need thorough evaluation before arriving at any diagnosis.

Not related to h pylori. Can be due to Uti. Please do urine routine and culture test.
