LAcinetobacter bacteria took ofloxacin 10 tablet...1 lac count .have recurrent uti or chronic prostatic...wbc count now 18000 no fever hands legs pain severe muscle and nerve burning muctration not while urinating while sitting idle
Need other antibiotics course ??? consult report attached tired of recurrent uti .all test except mri and cystectomy done .pvr 50 to 70 .usg cystitis 05.08.25.wbc on 29.07.25 14760 current wbc 18180 on 02.09.25 ...did blood culture wbc always high 10.5k to 13.5k is new normal ??why wbc is too high
