"Fresh few red blood drops in stool, typically from the rectum or anal canal. The most common causes are haemorrhoids or anal fissures. Fissures usually present with painful defecation, whereas haemorrhoids are more common. There's no need to panic, as simple changes in eating habits can help. Focus on a high-fiber diet and avoid straining during bowel movements. If symptoms persist, consider a proctoscopic examination for proper evaluation."
