In the past, I was prescribed Albendazole + Praziquantel by a doctor after showing him photos of my stool with suspicious pieces in them. Nowadays I no longer see any pieces, however I'm always gassy and minutes after eating I'm hungry, and rarely, I feel movement around my anus and at night my anus gets itchy. Sometimes I feel movement in my stomach. Is it possible I still have parasites? I'm often dizzy too and get headaches.

Itching around Anu’s at night time is a symptom that you still has worms inside.
You will have to take another course of albendazole
For gas and hunger, it could be duidenitis or duodenal ulcers
