Dsynergic defecation

Hi I have been diagnosed with dsynergia type 4. Psyiotherapist diagnose with taut bands in psyical examination. I had stretched one muscle le during by delivery.vi am not understanding what cause this. Can. Anyone explain the root cause. Nd how biofeedback helps with injury or how it will get muscle back to place
