Having difficulty while passing stool and the stool is hard as well. Having abdominal pain also. Last time ultrasound was done I was told there is pelvic fluid in POD.

My stomach is bloated every alternate day. Somedays there is only discomfort but some days the pain is very bad which doesn't go even with gastric medication. I have gall bladder stones which is in neck of gall bladder and my doctor suggested the pain and gas can be due to stones. But as I am bloated always I am not quite sure if that is only cause of stones.

I had cect recently the report came normal only thing is I have intestinal infection as the report says mucosal fold thickening involving jejunal and ileal loop with subcentimeter size mesentery lymphnodes 9×7mm- possibly non specific jejunoilitis and  my ers is also high ie 53...also facing weight loss...i am having rifagut 400 three times a day... First when I took it my stool went back to normal but again it started to get yellow and loose...please help ...

My eyes are turned bit yellowish i months before. So i consulted doctor and in lft i go to know that i have high bilirubin but i don't have any other symptoms except yellow eyes. So i took Ayurveda treatment for 3 months from BAMS MD doctor. But my biliribuin level remained high. So i took allopathy medicine from PMD but it's still high. My ultrasound report shows everything is normal. What shall i do. Is this jaundice or something else. I really don't have any symptoms except yellow eyes.

With what I have read online my problem as mentioned above is tenesmus. From last couple of days...every hour or two I get this feeling that I need to pass stool..but none or very less stool comes out everytime.

My grandfather is suffering from loose stool and sometimes bowel incontinence. He has to go 4-5 times a day. While wiping he saw some mucus also. Please recommend some medicine here.

Can we take Tocotrienol ( Vitamin E) with omega 3 fatty acid suppliment capcules to lower cholesterol level reduce fatty level grade 1. Pls advice

I was diagnosed with Hep A IGG antibody 10.6 I do not have any symptoms and my liver function serum test is all normal. Do I need to take any precautions? In future do i have any impact to liver?

Hello, I have been living with mild ulcerative colitis for the last two years. Initially my doctor prescribed me antibiotics,antispasmodics, probiotics vsl3 and econorm for four months and then later on I was taking vsl3 for many months . My concern is vsl3 has some issue with availability in many of the medical shops very oftenly due to its cold storage and high price. So I have started using VELGUT pre probiotics.Will it be have the  same eficacy or benefit as vsl3 and econorm.And does the number of CFU's really matter?? Please let me know which is a better probiotic inbetween vsl3 , econorm or velgut which has both the bacterias but in less CFU'S. Thanks, Vishnu
