Hello Doctor, My husband had piles surgery in march 2022 but even after one year sometimes he feel severe pain and rare bleeding. In between one year he joined gym 2-3 times but after 20-25 days of joining , pain starts and because of heavy pain he had to stop exercise. Is it normal that even after 1year of surgery pain persist? What can be done to avoidpain ? Please suggest.

Hello Sir/Madam, I am under medication stomach bloating, flatulence, stomach upset etc. (SIBO) I have consulted Gastroenterologist and he has prescribed medicines like Rifagut 200, pruvict, tetrafol, sompraz d 40. Taking esomperazole magnesium for one year. There is some improvement but now i am feeling dizzy and vertigo after taking food. Can esomperazole cause these side effects. Can i take esomperazole for the long-term . My liver tests are normal. Ultrasound showed grade 2 fatty liver. Still burping every time after taking food. CBC and blood tests are normal. Tell me which disease and treatment.

I have longstanding IBS issues since childhood. Three days back had a heavy dinner post which started getting severe low abdomen cramps. No bowel movement at all. The local healthcare doctor suggested dulcoflex, two tablets at night, after which watery stools started that gave temporary relief. But the cramps are still there. The pain is also mildly affecting the pelvic area and lower back. As of now, I am getting a light yellowish watery stool but only after use of medication. What should be done.
