Hii doctor There is blood and mucus on my stool past one month in every 2 days blood and mucus come with my stool...The blood colour is bright red and mucus colour is yellow... What is the causes of this?? Is it cancer??

Hello I diagnosed with Gr A Esophagitis and Few Erosion seen in Duodenum as per GI Endoscopy doc order for USG abdomen no abnormal was found on 2019. I always have acidity and Burning sensation near stomach problem and have gases will it is serious issue or reoccurs again no habits of drinking and smoking no sugar no bp but I eat desserts and fast foods

I was diagnosed diabetes 2yrs back ... Now hba1c came down to 7.3, my avg sugar is 160. A year back started facing loose motion, motion after food tat too loose stool, loose stool with mucous. But a month ago, I switched to allopathy, prescribed Increten M, Zincovit, Pragatin. Today I did a blood test for lipid profile, LFT, RFT, CBC, hba1c, Lipase, Amylase..
