He is complaining of burning sensation in the upper end of stomach since a few days. He is diabetic since 12 years. Is taking Galvan's met.

On May 23rd of 2023 I had my gall bladder surgery since then I'm eating boiled foods like masoor dal rice biild potato carrot papaya. Fruits like musambir, coconut water, apple juice, mango and pomogranate. And I'm also taking Britannia digestive biscuits and idli sometimes. It's my 15day after surgery can I eat salted chips sometimes And any snack suggession that I can take slowly day by day

Hi Doc, I had a similar pain that i used to have before cholesysctectomy Pain = Pain in centre of abdomen just below chest and sometimes at the back lower + upper I had gone for a MRCP I have attached the reports below Can you please check of any abnormalities and suggest the next steps

I have done general health checkup and liver function test results are high , i am observig lot of undigested food particles in my stool my total bilirubib - 1.61 mg/dl direct bilirubin - 0.28 mg/dl indirect bilirubin - 1.33 mg/dl do i need any medication required

Stomach pain with urine issue. The stomach pain is migrate from left to right side. Means few days I feel left side and few days right side. and sometime no pain. CT scan done ultrasound esr etc. All normal... Doctor gave me medicine said inspecting little infection in stomach, and gave medicine for 10 days. This issue started since February. I am facing issue till today after the medicine also. Please help

Recently I had done usg due to stomach pain and gall stones. In the report it aslo showed "Liver size is normal and measures 12.7cm with mild increased echogenicity" What does increased echogenicity mean? Is it anything to worry about? How to cure this ?

My poop is normal . But it releases or changes colour of water in tiolet. Is it serious? Also I have tight puborectalis muscle causing difficult to poop normally

I usually have bowel movements twice daily but a few days back I didn't for a whole day. Then when I did it  I had to put a bit of pressure and it was painful. The stool was long and had a red blood spot. Now my rectum pains while popping( No blood anymore) and even stays painful after pooping for a while. What do you think?

Greetings, I have been diagnosed with jaundice 14 days back. I was hospitalized for 7 days and then got discharged. Bilirubin history: initially it was 10.5 then it got eleveted to 12.5 when I got hospitalized it came back to 10 then doctor gave me discharge. Now recently when I took test it is 7.5. though bilirubin is going down I am not noticing any changes in yellowish of eyes and some parts of body. Somebody please help me to understand this I am also fatty liver grade 1. And liver fibrosis staging is f2.

Is it normal for the pain caused by mesenteric lymph nodes to shift from right to left side of the abdomen? Also the lymph node size are 3-7 mm.
