I m facing digestion issues like when i go to gym and eat 1 scoop protein/eat something after some time i get loose motion(Liquid consistency with no solid pieces) so is this a symptom of severe diarrhea. Any medication for that

Hello Doctors, I'm a gastric patient and I'm suffering from it from past 6-7 months now, i was on prescription last month. Though after medications i got better, but from last 3-4 days I'm feeling extremely weak. Like while eating or completing bowel movement i feel extremely weak. The weakness feels as if I'm on drugs. The bloating and burping have again increased, the acid comes out in mouth during night time and have to puke to get better sleep. What could be the reasons for all of this. I'm afraid of colon cancer.

Is surgery necessary for abdominal tb. i am also undergoing ibs treatment. So bowel obstruction requires surgery

Can you tell me the diet plan for the ulcerative colitis, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I need to know what vegetables and fruits I can eat

Hello Doctor, I did Fecal Calprotectin and below is the result. What does it signifies.  The gastro even did endoscopy and Ultrasound and it came as normal. But every few days I feel like dull pain in different parts of abdomen and it will go away on its own. In the next visit, he didn't even give importance and said just be relax and don't take stress. Calprotectin : µg/g NA Method: Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay Negative (12.15) Interpretation : ------------------------------------------- Negative       = < 43.2 µg/g ------------------------------------------ Positive            >43.2 µg/g

Facing problem since few months. Liquid stools seeping into underpants while sitting for long time. Seen stains on pants and bottom part of shirt as well. I have taken treatment for both constipation and loose motion not much improvement. Was advised to speak with a general surgeon but didn't consult because the word surgeon makes me anxious due to fear of surgeon. Want non surgical treatment for this embarrassing problem. I am avoiding going out due to this issue thus affecting daily life.

My mother 68, had gallstones surgery lapro on 8th March, she is recovering well but couple of times she got severe pain and today fever, and pain in left side gallbladder area. Whenever she had severe pain or fever , same day she went outside and walked for around 2km.. also plz help to understand how long she will take to recover.. and what needs to be avoided Thanks in advance

I have stomach pain in upper abdomen for 5 days.. its basically on upper side of abdomen.. i have frequent acidity prblem too.. whatever i eat my stomach hurts.. just like cramping.. i have semi watery stool for 2days.. and pain is continue.. its actually mild pain.. whats this? I do a usg on august 2022.. all came normal... is it serious???

Is the treatment proper? M having coughing and burping...and voice hoarsenss And no pain in stomach or chest. Will medicine only help me clear my solution Or will it need surgery Attached endoscopy report and medicines prescribed which i am currently taking.

Hi Doctor, I went for a routine checkup and did stool test too. It shows pus cells more than the normal range I have attached the same for reference Also occasionally I will have only mucus as stool Regards MADHU
